I can't get the pdf from this link Orn, but this may be my new slow ISP. The UK is down the pan - we are sending soldiers into war with dud equipment reminiscent of the days of shoddy. Our currency will be hit soon - as soon as the speculators think they can make a killing. My money is in Euros. Our boys would be better off working as mercenaries for the US. Any sign the CIA spotted we'd be down the drain? The current situation in the Middle East has been more or less de rigeur in ten year distant sci-fi for 20 years. We haven't quite got them fighting themselves and each other as the plan demands. My guess is that Africa is as good as dead - the Indians and Chinese will invade there for food land and raw materials. Maybe the current plan is to be in control of Afghan heroin to supply their troops at this point? I'll try the link from another source.
