Given that Mind's Eye has always had an over-cautious approach to moderation, it's frustrating that spammers are able to circumvent the manual procedures we have in place. What also annoys me about this situation is that the interface for moderating/deleting these messages is so clumsy. That alone makes the process take twice as long as it should. Give me and Jenkins an afternoon on it -- really, as little time as that -- and we'd have something much better than Google have thrown together.
I've had emails supposedly from Pat too.
