Permission was granted later in the scheme of things, that is, initially Molly surreptitiously copied Minds Eye posts. It was months later that some, including myself, became aware of her unauthorized C&P's. After a thread discussion in ME I responded cordially to Molly's email request to use my material, which now I simply want to rescind. It is not a big deal but I'm making public notice of my request which negates fair use of my material. I don't know why names were changed, your guess is as good as any.
