Yes, it has long been my own method of inspiration delivery (akin to Pat's divinely clothed messengers.) Sometimes in my dreams I am reading text more in the form of a poem by Jean Cocteau, but most often the material is in the form of an article and introduces answers to my questions about life. I also seem to work out problematic passages in my own writing this way, as I would the spatial problems of a painting by painting in a dream. The answers to the problems are inspired as the bounds of logic and reason are lifted and creativity flows more freely in dream.
