Hoity toity? You ******* *****! English? You ******* *********
************ *****! The French do now refer to the English as 'les
fuckoffs', and let's face it anyone hoity toity enough born in this
country is more likely to be living in the US or the South of France
than duking it out here with street muggers and the normal run of
denizens. I must admit to knowing exactly what is meant though, when
I watch our 'culture' programmes.
