Oh Lord! keep your benign eye upon me so that I live in peace and prosperity. Although I am a slave of your Will let me always remember that I do what I do , and as such give me the strength and the intelligence to follow the path of righteousness. Let me always remember that despite my bondage I am a free agent and capable of doing right or wrong , and You as my master competent to reward or forgive in answer to my prayers. Let all my actions burn in the fire of worship and all bondage evaporate in its smoke. Let me rise above reason and be immersed in faith , and so I prostrate before you my Lord !
