Yes I think it involves much of what the problem solvers among us have always done, and am leaning toward an organismic analog/model. As I see it this undertaking can happen by accident and probably take a very long time to gather momentum or it can be an intentional more direct redefinition of human capital and collective human outputs. I agree with informed consent, if someone has an idea for increasing the yield of agriculture by recycling wastes that are expensive to dispose of it just makes sense to ask how to do it, with due diligence, and it makes sense to have public policy that facilitates the common good. So the first thing is identifying common languages, facilitating the dispersal of effective and productive systems, and it grows in all directions. But the strength of this effort would need a universal framework and a starter template to get people on board contributing their intellectual/cultural/visionary capital.
And I am highly protective of making a project without antibodys in place. It would be very destructive to put your dream out there and see it get used to create more human suffering or to prolong and strengthen negative qualities of society. It is obvious to me that humanity needs something other than a banner to hide under or flag to wave, that is the opposite of my visualization, antigenic in organic terms. There are many questions involved like how to facilitate great strides in many social systems and having things in place for structure while also promoting the cream to the top so to speak, and while allowing diverse cultural interpretation. So the wealth of knowledge and experience becomes a collective pool, it just makes sense to learn from and interact with, and to give something back. There is a lot more to it than this, like having projects that pursue the common interests of humanity and collective vision available but it is more particular and still sounds a bit 'fringe'. But really, I'd like us to redefine all the outputs and inputs to the human equation mostly using general scientific knowledge for what has good results and to consider beginning work on future/disesaster proofing humanity. Just a few high prize topics: population, education, nanotechnology, resource consumption, laying waste to the Earth, space exploration/colonization, solar energy processing, extraterrestrial transport, moving industrial processes into space. Inspire people, give them work, something to invest in, it mostly doesn't sound like novel concepts. But that 'key' is mostly out there, I think a hard part will be putting it to work, which requires getting people's attention, and keeping it. If we could facilitate the types of interaction that tie the system together, everybody does the work. Considering the problems in the world today, there should be ZERO unemployment. Every branch quickly disperses into a large interactivity jumble, so a larger picture is important. Some of the framework is getting coherent for me.
