I hereby nominate myself. But only under the following conditions:

   - I am henceforth referred to as Excellency, King of the Universe, or on
   more formal occasions God.
   - My opinions are ALWAYS right and immediately become rules built into
   the fabric of above mentioned universe.
   - A nubile young virgin who is both female and human, is left at my
   doorstep as a sacrificial offering at least once a week.
