As we can all read, Chris assumed that one of you mods accidentally hit the approve button. Which is no big deal really, things like that happen. But they will not be seen as a happening that should make me reflect upon my own behaviour if the matter under discussion has been deleted beforehand. That's why Chris didn't just delete the topic.
And I am not asking why mods who are actively taking part in parallel discussions did not relate to what has been published here.
