Cheers, mate!!  I'm sure this is the right thing to do, given that,
really, I've no other reasonable option!!  I believe that there are
about 4-5 concepts in the book that are, in themselves, doctoral
theses, and a couple that may well be Nobel Prize worthy.  If so, then
I expect to be making trips worldwide and making huge (if possible)
charitable contributions such that as many people as possible can
benefit.  I'm sure I'll be back online in a couple of days or so, o
I'm not all that far away!
