Sol, I am both, or perhaps have been both or maybe can be one or the other dependant on where my life takes me.
About 11 years ago I quit IT work for a few years, I wanted a rest from fixing other peoples problems and so become gardner for a year, this meant getting to 8:00 am, and quiting work before 4:00 pm. After that I went back to being a butcher for a little while, where I started work at 2:00 am and quit at miday It doesn't bother me either way, I have no preferane for light or dark, but I like a sunny day and I like a summers night.
