A humorous aside...I forwarded the article to my wife; she thought it interesting and replied asking how i intended to apply this new found knowledge to my personal and professional life (she's very pragmatic that way); i said, "Well, for starters and with immediate effect, i'm reducing my effective working day to 2 hours after breakfast, and 1 hour over dinner before drinks!". I thought that was quite funny; she thought that was quite strange, didn't seem at all surprised :)
