I'm looking to gather names to include in the Acknowledgements section of my book and would like to include as many as possible of those who have contributed both materially and as worthy arguers!!
I have several already, but am online at the library and have limited time. Please respond to this if you would like to be included. Neil, I need your surname, as my mind's gone blank.
