Much opinion is rubbish - try interviewing eye-witnesses.  Yet Andrew is 
right.  We can think in different models.  Testimony is a difficult 
chestnut for philosophy.  In some ways we should just accept it - but 
should we just accept eye-witness evidence that 'the black guy did it' or 
pay attention to blood spatter on someone else's shoes and the fingerprints 
on the knife?
