Hm, when I did a Google image search for Einstein + cat, the common connector seemed to be the tongue. But I remember that Einstein did have something against hairdressers, so he only allowed some female friend/relative(?) to cut his hair. Which is is why I would interpret the picture as: Watch out who you trust to do your hair.
