That is true the avatar will have to deal with our modern technology. As the avatar or supersoul it seems to me need to break down the dogma & doctrine barriers, deal with the excessive murder, rape and enslavement occurring world wide, plus deal with the self orientated culture of the golden calf.. No small orders, on his side is the power of the Primal Lord. There will be a lot pissed off spiritual leader wannabes. I do hope there will be a real spiritual awaking, even atheism is actually a valid belief. There will be a new spiritual reality, it will take time to evolve before it comes into full fruit.
