Superfluous as in very runny perhaps?  When the internet first came about, 
academics thought we might have non-authority-led discourse.  Well - ho ho 
ho to that one.  I can't see Gabbers being interested in a trolls charter, 
so I can only wonder what the honourable member might be on about, knowing 
any suggestion I might make only an interpretation.  In England, twittering 
a picture of English flags and a white van has just become just another way 
to be sacked.
