Oddly  some of the older churches actually keep their eyes open for the square 
pegs..  an example might be Mother Teresa who founded the sisters of charity.

Unfortunately most of the people are seat warmers.. you know the type . . 
Believe in God. Go to church and obey the rules don't question authority.. also 
known as the 1st level  of spirituality
