Not that difficult just need to take it up in segments. Also use the external liquid fuel tanks to create the space platform to contain it. ..because CERN is circular the platform would look like a giant wheel in space the fuel tanks could be recycled to provide a living modules which could be set in motion which would create centrifugal force or artificial gravity over coming one of the difficult problems of life in space..
