It's a thought, sure.

Phenomenally, it is a civilisational product of several factors, including 
economic plenty and web bound existence. The plentiful area now compares with 
zones of poverty in extent, making the "injustice" bite even more in the hearts 
of the deprived. The web bound billions, on the other hand, are attached to 
their thoughts exclusively in the mind. 

On top of economic exclusion and exclusive mentaliyy, we have the starkly 
fictitious hope and love, and peace, of religious faith and belief. What 
reaches the people is politics : lies, half truths and propaganda. 

Insouciance is the behavioural consequence of this civilisational culmination. 
It sounds the man's truth if you place your ear to its ground.
