The jar you are referring to is not in the maven central repo. So, I am
assuming it is in some other maven repository or at least in your local
maven repository (~/.m2/repository). The groupId and artifactId is not based
on the package structure necessarily (though it might be).
The easiest way to identify the groupId and artifact id is to look at the
dependency element in the pom. If this jar is a direct dependency declared
by you, in your pom you will have an entry like:

<groupId>whatever.group.id</groupId>
<artifactId>mammacert-common</artifactId>
<version>0.0.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency>
(again - I don't know your group id so i made it up, and i am guessing the
rest).
If this is a transitive dependency (declared by one of your dependency), you
can look at the pom which declared it. From those values, you can pick up
the value inside groupId and artifactId and use the combination of the same
to define the filter. The version is not required.

You are free to put your section names and license, etc., in German. But
unfortunately English is hard-coded in the plug-in code, so for the most
part no - like the dialog's, etc will be generated in English.
As I said if you can please open this up as a defect in the tracker[1], I am
more than happy to put the default language in the configuration. I should
be able to get it out in about week (at least a milestone version if not a
full release).
