Add documentation catalogue and FAQ pages.
* docrefs.html faq.html: New files.
* header.html (Documentation): Link to docrefs.html
* site.css (ol ul): Adjust right margin for "li" elements.
(dl.toc): Add styling rules for documentation catalogue entries.
(div.faq): Likewise, for dynamic FAQ Q&A display.
