I'm not seeing anything there, to suggest that this issue is, in any way,
associated with any product which we distribute. (And FTR, we are the owners
of the "MinGW" registered trademark; any other distributor, who claims to
distribute MinGW products, without our permission, does so in infringement of
our trademark).
I have installed mingw and conan from choco.
So, you are not using products provided by this project — our products are not
distributed via choco; why would you expect us to support products from some
other distributor, who infringes our trademark?

I have installed mingw and conan from choco.
I get a compiler exception
175/1403 Building CXX object
qtbase/src/.../Core.dir/io/qfilesystemengine_win.cpp.obj
FAILED: qtbase/src/corelib/CMakeFiles/Core.dir/io/qfilesystemengine_win.cpp.obj
internal error in mingw32_gt_pch_use_address, at
config/i386/host-mingw32.c:192: MapViewOfFileEx: Attempt to access invalid
address.
