Ticket details:
As noted on ticket #44470, the current GDB-9.2 release has trouble debugging
any application which has been compiled, and linked, by tools based on versions
of GNU binutils, which are more recent than binutils-2.32 — or maybe, but
untested, binutils-2.33.50. Thus, to permit progression to a newer binutils
release, (e.g. binutils-2.38), a newer release of GDB — say GDB-12.1 — seems
desirable.

Anyway, I think the main issue is resolved: the GCC 10 compiler you've built
produces valid programs, and the issue with debugging seems to be unrelated to
the compiler per se.
Indeed, yes. FWIW, I've built GDB-12.1 for myself — using my GCC-10.2.0
cross-compiler, with binutils-2.38 — and it can successfully debug both of my
test executables. I've opened #44731, for discussion of a potential MinGW
release of GDB-12.1.
However, the issue of continuing to support Ada, in a MinGW release of
GCC-10.2.0, remains unresolved.

Ticket details:
The latest version of GCC, 9.2.0, available for MinGW development, was released
almost 2 years ago and last updated more than a year ago.
Would it be possible to provide a MinGW port of a newer GCC version, like 10 or
maybe even 11?
