OK, I will wait for the gcc-4.4-20090915 weekly snapshot, which appears tomorrow
and will try to build the whole toolchain together with CVS HEAD of mingw-w64
CRT and headers and binutils-2.20.51. After all this I will give you feedback
about the quality of this configuration let's say by Sunday, September 12th.

Please expect, that a Qt-4.5.2 build unveils some minor bugs in
mingw-w64-headers. From my spotting at CVS HEAD of mingw-w64-headers I expect
two or three minor patches, which I will send to you as soon as te whole thing
settles down a bit.

  Regards, Wolfgang
