As your pseudo-reloc-v2 support has been integrated into the (32bit)
mingw runtime, I'd also like to add it to the cygwin runtime. However,
to do this I need some test cases demonstrating where v2 works and v1
doesn't.

I assume that, while developing the code for v2, you had some
quick-n-dirty test cases for that. If so, and they are not already
publicly available -- then if you're willing to make them public, I'd
appreciate a pointer to them.  They don't need to be "production ready";
just whatever you were using during development would be helpful.
