I don't think this is a mingw-w64 problem, and I think that this is defined
inside the postgres sources (see
here<http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg14939.html>for
example , which speaks about moving it from one file to the other in
the
postgres sources).
If you show what errors you get, we might be able to help you better.
