I have MSYS installed along with MinGW64. I had a lot of help from this
group to get this working. I would like to know what files need to be
downloaded to get a complete version of MSYS? MSYS used to have an
installation file but this no longer seems to be available.

We provide a full MSYS package here, currently, you'll want MSYS-20100707.zip.
This is as complete as it comes, and is nothing more than a compilation of the
50+ binary packages provided by mingw.org. Instructions are in the readme.
Licenses are included in the source package.
