The latest patch is against the 2010-02-28 CVS snapshot
of pthreads-win32, see here:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/External%20binary%20packages%20%28Win64%20hosted%29/pthreads/
http://mingw-w64.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mingw-w64/experimental/patches/

OTOH, the recent changes in the pthreads-win32 CVS have some
bad merges I think:
* autostatic.c: new thing, and as you'll see even the file's
description header is merged wrong. The original patch is at
http://sourceware.org/ml/pthreads-win32/2010/msg00006.html
* tests/cancel3.c: nonsensical change, only a unix2dos with no
reason
* implement.h: win64 bits removed with no reason
* ChangeLog: changelog entries removed with no reason
* global.c: Typo added ;)

Especially after seeing the mess in ChangeLog, I don't know
which of the changes were intended and which were not, and I
did not bother reading the code to understand further. They
probably merged from an unupdated branch which had old
revisions of some files.

I or someone else here would try and update the patch for the
new versions someday (or you can of course), but until then I
suggest sticking to the former version.
