I wouldn't say so.

The aim of the project is to provide generic user level access with any 
USB device, so that's very far reaching, and while we attempt to test 
with as many devices as we can, this testing remains pretty ad-hoc at 
the moment. Because of the usual lack of development resources, we're 
still focused on adding features to support the scenarios that our users 
require (like the use of different USB driver stacks or filter drivers, 
DLL interchangeability, etc.), and the creation of a good generic test 
suite is unlikely to happen for some time.
We have quite a few versatile projects reusing our library however, with 
more to come, so we expect issues with changes that we haven't had a 
chance to test extensively to be picked up fairly quickly downstream.
