Hello guys,

I noticed there hasn't been more automated builds for Darwin since 2010-09-02.

So looking at this page:

http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mingw-w64/wiki/Cross%20Win32%20and%20Win64%20compiler

Things marked as optional (like CVS) are mentioned to be required for
building steps bellow.

I understand that it requires certain knowledge to build it, specially
cross-compilers versions, but perhaps someone can refine it so is more
clear for new comers.

I'm interested in contribute back as we are aiming compile Ruby for
Windows and it's dependencies with mingw-w64 project.
