I already downloaded from there, this one

Did you look at the Boundary.defs.hh line 196 in it:
r = info.restrict(round_dir_check(type, check), x, V_GT);

It is where it is failing. The error says __restrict, not restrict, because
of the definition in _mingw.h.  Can you recompile it from start? (even,
delete the extracted sources and re-extract, re-configure. Does it
not change?)
