Well, I don't think it is flash. E.g. when I disable plugins in Qt's web browser example it crashes not only at youtube.com, but at several other sites using javascript. Some sites are ok, like the one loaded by default (and it uses javascript). When I enable plugins and disable javascript, I don't get any crashes. I just noticed that flash plugin (64bit development version) doesn't load in webkit even if plugins are enabled so it is not flash ...
