Your sources built fine, but I needed to change some steps in your
native_w64_build.sh: namely gmp, gcc, binutils, and  gdb need a
--build=$BUILD paramater with $BUILD returning the $HOST thing to make
sure none of them think they are cross-compiling. On MSYS that is a
problem and gmp fails horribly, the rest looks for too many
<target-triplet>-ar, *-windres etc...

I haven't really tested the build except for building my toolchain and
Qt with it, but there's a crappy Webkit/Javascriptcore bug in GCC
4.5+, maybe related to mingw, I don't know that for sure yet.

At a quick glance, it seems OK. Your scripts are also 10x more
complicated than mine, I feel stupid now :(
