Hi, I have begun a holy quest to fix libc++ for Windows and mingw-w64. I have set up a master bug here: http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=9084
I have not gotten far (go figure, libc++ was written for Mac OS X), but have run into an issue that needs fixing on this side: http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=9090 I have checked both Visual Studio 2008 and 2010, and both provide <xlocale>. I don't know if this is compatible with the required <xlocale.h>, but it's worth a shot I think.
