i remarked that there are some differences between some packages:

mingw-w64-bin_i686-linux_20110422.tar.bz2
mingw-w64-1.0-bin_i686-linux_20110422.tar.bz2

do not have the same headers. I don't know the differences between them, but
it seems that the first one has some improvements compared to the second one
(declaration of functions that are only available on Vista and above for
example).
