This is just to add another voice in support of the w64-mingw32 toolchains
including gdiplus support. I am also interested in it for budiling
wxWidgets, and I tend to use the toolchains that trickle through to
cygwin, so getting gdiplus support in there would make me feel a lot
happier and would avoid me needing to put in hacks in my build to pick up
the alternative mingw version of w32api...
