according to

the 2nd parameter can have predefined values. They are not in winuser.h
can someone add them ? (i don't have sufficient space on my computer to
have the git repo of mingw-w64, but I can patch the winuser.h i have if you
want, just tell me if you prefer #define's or an enum)
