Hmm, I didn't got this issue reported on our side. This might be caused by our runtime, which handles TLS on DLL startup-code special. The issue here is that here maybe pseudo-relocation comes into the game. It has be made sure that pseudo-relocation is called before TLS-callbacks actual are called. I haven't looked into more detail on mingw.org's dll-startup code, but it might be related to it.
