Hi Jim, that our autobuilds are now a long time offline (especially for cygwin/mingw-32bit) is of course a problem. It is caused by the fact that our build-bots doing those targets are now offline for a while and we didn't found sponsors to establish replacement for them. AFAIK for linux-hosts there are more recent versions available.
To solve your issue it might be helpful to know what runtime-version you are using. As on 2.x there is still a serious bug about I/O printf routines, which is fixed on trunk now over 3 months ago. So it might be related to it?
