I got it!

Do not ask what was the problem. I can not say you'll laugh =)
I made ​​a mess with symlinks.

I have another question. But also about the host / build / target.
All binaries installed by binutils and GCC have the prefix i686-w64-mingw32-*.
I want to build an another MinGW with this build, but when I`m
building libiconv I get the error: "ar: command not found"

Which "host / build / target" should be used with this build.
