I used them when I still did Mac and Cygwin builds:
Cygwin cross-compiler: http://sourceforge.net/projects/fedora-cygwin/files/
(you need to manually add the .repo file or something)
Mac cross-compilers:
http://build1.openftd.org/fedora-cross-darwinx/
And the info page detailing the MinGW-w64 and Mac OS X cross compilers:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/MinGW/CrossCompilerFramework (the Cygwin
stuff is done by the Cygwin/X people, so it's not Fedora's in-house
development).
