Well, the source code certainly showed more details.

Ok, -Wl,--kill-at when building the DLL, use "gendef -a <dll>" on the
DLL, and then finally "dlltool -d <def> --kill-at -l <implib>" worked
for me. Delay loaded DLL is still failing, looks like its not resolving
addresses correctly.
