I am sorry for that what jon_y said here.  Yes, it is a user ML and
everybody shall have the ability to post here questions related to
mingw-w64 (and in some aspects to language-questions, too).  It
sometimes happens, if a question - like yours - appears, that it
remains un-answered, as nobody feels able (or is willing) to answer
it.

So as jon_y said (beside his teaching sound), this question was
answered already and the best way to get the answer to your question
is by using a search-enginee in the web for it.
