#pragma comment(lib, "mpr.lib") was instead in the C++ code itself... Now, i'm reading that those #pragma comment lib are more MSVC oriented. So i added -lmpr to the makefiles, and now it is linking. Thank you Ozkan, your direction made me understand what was wrong anyway.
