I was asked to build a v2.0.4 crt header update for my toolchains.
I uploaded the packages to these locations:

With a readme saying you should just overwrite the *-w64-mingw32
directories in your toolchain install. I built the crt with GCC 4.7.1. I do
not know if this will be compatible with other versions. Nor can I
guarantee the update will not require rebuilding of any or all software
libraries you use. I can't even guarantee if there won't be strange linker
errors.
This is not a necessary update by far. It is a patch version update, to
incorporate the latest fixes in the v2.x branch of MinGW-w64. Do not apply
this update unless you know you're experiencing a problem fixed by this
update.
The next GCC release I build will be accompanied by the latest MinGW-w64
release to that date, which most likely means GCC 4.6.4 or 4.5.4 with
MinGW-w64 v2.0.4.
