It seems I removed it from both this time round (although the source of
libiconv is still in the source package). I'll see if
--with-libiconv-prefix is ignored when libiconv is absent (heck, I think
Arch glibc has iconv builtin, just not sure GCC picks up on it).
This option is not used often I think, so impact should be close to nothing.
