Hi Simon,
Although the/a Fedora MinGW-w64 package maintainer reads this list's
emails, your question is kind of off topic here, where the MinGW-w64 tools,
headers and libraries are discussed (along with eventual bugs and feature
requests).
You will get a much faster and directed response when you contact the
