Yes, it has been reported previously. Thanks for the details. My
std::thread build has the same problem :(, so that rules out a miscompile.
I will focus on this one of the next days, and hopefully I can resolve it,
perhaps uploading a refresh of the same build for 32-bit->32-bit Windows.
