Extract both archives to the same directory, so that their contained
mingw32-dw2 directory overwrites the other and gcc.exe and clang.exe live
side by side. Also: use the gcc-dw2-4.6.3-1 package, the others won't work.
I explained it in short on the download page in a readme shown by
Sourceforge on this page:

Clang needs a 32-bit dw2 GCC 4.6 or earlier for now.
